As a responsible and committed supplier with a growing employee base, 1st Corporate Security is fully aware of the influences that working lives have on each and every one of us which is why we place significant focus on corporate social responsibility in the workplace and the wider community.

In line with our beliefs, we have a responsibility within our community to ‘do the right thing’ for everyone and thus have aligned our business strategy with our people. Our employees are at the heart of all we do and we lead by example to ensure everyone follows the same approach.

These are the guiding principles which employees are expected to follow at all times.

Employees are to act in a confidential manner at all times and protect customer interest through careful consideration of how they communicate whether verbal or written.

Code of Conduct

Each member of the management team is responsible for managing the operation in compliance with our Code of Conduct, and for ensuring that employees are aware of and adhere to this.

Policy Statements

It is the responsibility of our Senior Management team to ensure compliance with all Policies and then manage their ongoing adherence.
