Colin Ruddie has worked in the Security industry throughout Scotland for 20 years. He has held a number of Senior roles with responsibility for large national accounts and blue-chip clients. Colin is a ‘hands-on’ operator with a reputation for understanding his customers’ requirements and delivering realistic solutions.
Colin recognises that people are the most important part of the business and, with this in mind, has been at the forefront of staff recognition and development programmes. Colin places great emphasis on teamwork and partnership and has a management style that complements the desire of 1st Corporate Security to be different.
